After a bit of a snacky afternoon all I wanted for dinner was a big plate of roasted brussel sprouts. No, I’m not lying. I like them that much!

I made Ben chicken parm for dinner. I’m so happy of my cooking skills because he always makes it seem like my food is the best thing ever. maybe he’s just scamming me so I keep cooking for him, but I’m a sucker for the compliments for now ? *Ben didn’t eat all the noodles so I may have helped him with that…

I am so behind on my emails and keep thinking ignorning it is going to make it better. I better get to it!
